Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, consent form or referral form, the details you enter (and any files you attach) are emailed to me. I use them to respond to you, to arrange and carry out treatment, and to keep your animal's clinical records, in line with UK GDPR. I don't share them with anyone except your vet where needed for your animal's care.
