Frequently asked questions

Do I need a veterinary referral?

Yes. Veterinary consent is required before veterinary physiotherapy can go ahead. This makes sure treatment is safe and suitable, and that I'm aware of any relevant medical history. Please ask your vet to complete the referral form online.

Can I claim through insurance?

Please check your policy to see whether veterinary physiotherapy is covered. It's sometimes listed under complementary therapies. I'll provide invoices for insurance claims; however, payment is required on the day of treatment and your insurer will reimburse you directly.

Which areas do you cover?

Bexleyheath, South East London, Central London & parts of Kent. If you're just outside these areas, get in touch and I'll let you know. Travel fees may apply.
